Professional Behaviour
All members of staff shall conduct themselves at all times in a manner which will maintain the good reputation of the company and its ability to serve Canadian Realtors.
Integrity & Care
All members of staff must perform their services with integrity and due care.
Professional Competence
All members of staff are required to maintain their professional skills and competence by keeping informed of, and complying with, developments in their fields of expertise.
Confidentiality
All members of staff have a duty of confidentiality with respect to information acquired as a result of professional, employment and business relationships and they will not disclose to any third party, without proper and specific authority, any such information, nor will they exploit such information to their personal advantage of a third party (the Agent’s Equity Privacy Policy is fully outlined and explained later in this document).
Objectivity
All members of staff do not allow their professional or business judgment to be compromised by bias, conflict of interest or the undue influence of others.
